Remodeled Basement In Berea, OH

This beautifully remodeled basement used to be the unused area for the Hyman family. They wanted to take advantage of all the open space so they contacted The Basement Guys for a free estimate. The homeowners wanted to finish the whole basement beside a small area for storage, but they wanted recommendations from our Basement Professional, Tyler. 

When Tyler arrived he spoke with the homeowners to determine what they wanted in their finished basement. Their basement is going to be used as another family room but more for their kids so having a bathroom is something they would like. Once Tyler finished examining the basement, he had so many ideas for the Berea, Ohio basement. 

Tyler sat down with the homeowners to provide his recommendations for their basement. He recommended that The Basement Guys install Wall Panels which are waterproofed to protect against water damage. Since the homeowners were not interested in a new ceiling, Tyler recommended painting the ceiling black. We recommend this to give the room the feeling of higher ceilings while giving the room a clean look. 

Tyler gave the homeowners the choice between carpet or vinyl flooring and they ultimately decided on the carpet. Lastly, Tyler ensured the family that we would be able to create a bathroom for the family.
