At The Basement Guys™, we stand behind all of our workmanship and most of our products come with a free, fully transferable warranty for the lifetime of the structure.

You will receive a certificate of warranty at the completion of any job that we perform. Your warranty pertains to a specific property, instead of your name, to ensure that the warranty is fully transferable to new owners should you sell your home.

If you have any problems with any of our work, please contact us right away. We make every effort to reply to our customers within an hour, and we will be out to inspect the problem within five business days.

We also provide 24-hour emergency service to address emergency situations immediately.
